Draw On Photo is a photo Editting, drawing, painting mobile Software on which you can Take Photos through Java phone camera and edit them as you like by drawing or painting custom drawing/painting then save them to your phones gallery directory.
You can paint on a part of your photo that you do not want to display using this app.
You can also choose to draw something new such as a diagram or anything that you like then save it on your phones gallery directory.
Lastly you can also erase unnecessary drawing/painting when you make a mistake as you draw/paint on a photo.
