DocsWork is a great suite of programs for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and pdf. It is based on Apache POI and LibreOffice so it is free to use. It is available in many languages and runs in the Android devices but with additional functionalities provided from our cloud servers.
The main features are:
1. File formats. DocsWork supports a great number of file formats:
- LibreOffice’s native file formats, which are OpenDocument (*.ODT, *.ODS, *.ODP, OTT, ODM)
- Standard Office formats (*.DOC, *.XLS, *.PPT, *.DOCX, *.XLSX, *.PPTX) that are used when building Excel, Word, PowerPoint files.
- Others: PDF, TXT, CWK, RTF, HTML, PDB, DXF, CSV, CDR, XML, EPS, GIF, PDF, BPN, JPG, SVG, WPD, XBM.
2. Document viewer. DocsWork provides a document viewer that can use an internal conversion module for DOC and XLS files; or it can use a LibreOffice conversion module for all the format files mentioned above.
