The newest version of the 2048 and 4096 numbers games is A to Z. Instead of numbers, the game has letters. You play by sliding the lines around to try to join two letters together. You can join two letters that are the same (e.g. join A with A) or two that are consecutive (e.g. join A and B). When they touch, they will merge and become the next letter in the alphabet. Scoring is the same as in 2048/4096, each new letter is worth double the points of the previous. Every move spawns a new tile which will be either an A or a B.
Choose from two game modes:
Classic - move all the lines together (same movement as in 2048/4096).
Single Line - move one single line at a time. This mode completely changes the game play and strategy. Concentrate on merging tiles together in this mode because the game board can fill up very quickly.
Choose from two grid sizes:
4 x 4 - Highest letter possible is Q.
5 x 5 - Highest letter possible is Z.
