The Questionnaire system is used to inspect the stores by viewing the reports based on the filled out questionnaire. The viZuera consultant or Region consultant or Store users fill out the questionnaire. This module will be used to ensure that everyone understands the routines, identify routines that doesn’t work, identify areas where there is no routines take the chain/store to a higher ranking. Privileged users can view the “Questionnaire” screen that allows the users to answer questions for a particular time.
